Happy 1st Birthday our darling baby girl!

So what’s next for you, my little girl? I can’t be completely sure, really. But I am certain that the sky’s the limit because that’s how we plan to raise you. I know that you will accomplish great things. I’m confident that you will develop a friendships with your friends that nourishes your soul in such a powerful way. I know that you will always be fiercely loyal to the people you love. I know that you will love to learn and explore in a way that makes your life rich and satisfying. I know that I will butt heads with you at times because we share so many personality traits. But I also know that we will always make peace because our compassion allows us to step outside of ourselves and see things from someone else’s perspective.

On this special day, I hope you are able to feel every ounce of love that surrounds you. I hope you know that you were born into a family that wants the very best for you. I know life won’t always be perfect because it just doesn't work that way. But I do know that life will always have magic in it if you simply train your eyes to see it. I hope we do a great job teaching you how to train your eyes.

Kudikyste mazuciais delniukais
Brezia savo gyvenimo taka,
Slepsi mazas dailus kamuoliukas
Ir vis sneka sneka ir sneka.

Duru stiklas pirstuku padeliais
Lyg pedutemis nutapinetas
Cia kiekvienas Mamytes daiktelis
Zingeidziu zvilgsneliu palydetas.

Knieti imti, paliesti, pazinti
Palaizyti kas maisos ant kelio
Greitai jau nemokes apsiginti
Net kate savo maisto indelio.

Happy Birthday to my dear Husband and a wonderful Dad! We spend all morning opening presents, cards, drinking English Tea and eating delicious cupcakes. Then we all dressed up and drove to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. With so much to do and see we decided to get a ticket valid for whole year, so we can always go back some other time. Georgian Tea rooms where a lovely place to have some Walnut Cake  and Coffee. Then we had a guided tour to see the  famous HMS Victory Ship. It was just spectacular! Definitely worth a trip to see such an amazing 250 years old ship.

We ended our day with a  late lunch at the Mexican restaurant at Portsmouth Gunwharf Quays.
A great day out!
